Two proprietary and custom toroidal transformers with low magnetic, electrical and thermal loss, for improved power transfer and lower regulation factor. As a result, the current speed increases and better dynamics are achieved; each for analog and digital power supplies.
The analog and digital power supplies each have two special “pi-type” filters after the initial voltage rectification stage that reduces AC transmission noise, with 40,000uF capacitance (4 x 10,000 uF) and dual choke inductance (2x 20mH).
The analog and digital sources feature 4 stages of MOON's proprietary M-RS2 circuitry; a fully discrete, “reference-accurate” voltage regulation circuit to power an amplifier made of numerous ICs and transistors, as opposed to a single regulation chip. The M-R2S outputs are exceptionally fast, highly accurate pure DC power, with virtually unmeasurable noise level and absolutely stable voltage.
