Delivery and setup in mainland Portugal: we offer delivery of the piano to your doorstep anywhere in mainland Portugal, and we also set it up on site (we remove the piano from the box and leave it fully assembled and ready). If there are stairs or difficult access, the moving service must be quoted separately. For this reason, we ask customers to always call before purchasing so we can confirm access conditions and the final cost of the service.

First tuning included: we offer the first tuning of the piano. To ensure the best results, this tuning should only be carried out after about 3 weeks, so the instrument can settle and stabilize in its new environment. If the tuning is outside the Viseu district, the customer only pays the technician’s travel cost.
