SMALL MEMBRANE CONDENSER MICROPHONE The M55 pendant ceiling microphone system is designed for applications where aesthetics, sound quality and ease of installation are critical. Primary applications for the ceiling-mounted M55 include audio pickup for video and presentations or teleconferencing (VTC), remote teaching, hospital rooms, surveillance and ambient microphones.

The M55 conference microphone can equip interchangeable capsules with cardioid, hypercardioid, omnidirectional and supercardioid (cannon) coverage patterns. High sensitivity and low noise. Shielded against RF interference caused by cell phones and mobile devices.

Installing the M55 pendant microphone requires drilling only a 5/8-inch hole in the ceiling, with no additional tools required. The M55's mounting hardware allows you to easily adjust the hanging height up to four feet from the ceiling surface without removing the ceiling plates. An optional orientation clip (MCHANGER) allows for easy angular adjustments once installed. The cable assembly, with a determinate block connector, is neatly housed in a fire-tight, fire-tight junction box. A safety cable provides additional seismic restraint.

The M55 is produced in white and with 4 ft. cable terminated in block-mounted connector.
