ETHERNET AUDIO INTERFACE The DN4 microphone interface is a key part of Audix Dante. Integrated AES67 microphone system, the fast and seamless way to stream Audix audio performance over Ethernet networks. High-quality audio and all microphone functions, including on/off contact closure and LED status indicators, are available over a single CAT5 - CAT7 cable with RJ45 connections on both the interface and microphone. This simple configuration eliminates wiring errors, speeds installation and reduces costs. The DN4 features four RJ45 inputs for single pickup and Audix RJ45-equipped microphones and two 5V logic outputs per port, capable of powering network-connected DSP-controlled LEDs and one logic input per port for pushbuttons. Low-pass and high-pass filter settings are available on each audio channel, as are eight selectable gain levels, with all settings configurable through software.
