The FiiO FF3s are the new version of the FF3 headphones already established in the market but this time with a detachable 2-pin 0.78mm cable. They stand out for their aluminum construction and their drum-type double bass cavity structure to guarantee maximum impact in low frequencies and their 14.2mm dynamic driver. 

These earbuds are the alternative to the in-ear headphones that currently dominate the market, with the advantage of being able to preserve their construction and guarantee their durability.

Based on the musical instrument of the drum, a bass cavity has been designed especially for the new FiiO FF3S headphones. This cavity has been specially designed to take full advantage of and utilize resonances and more effectively enhance the texture of bass notes, as well as to accurately reproduce the timbre of the music in a surprising way.

The new FF3S comes with an upgrade in build quality and comes in an aluminum alloy construction with a matte finish, giving it a subtle but also more luxurious appearance than its predecessor. Another benefit of aluminum alloy construction is its lower weight. Each FF3 earbud weighs just 3.9g, making it 52% lighter than its previous version. This will provide a completely different level of comfort for longer listening sessions, especially those with very weight-sensitive ears.

Thanks to the open nature of the headphones, the FiiO FF3 are safer and suitable for outdoor activities such as hiking or cycling. Its silicone hooks guarantee in-ear support to help the headphones stay in your ears.

FiiO engineers integrate, in the new FiiO FF3s, a detachable 2-pin 0.78mm cable, to increase the possibilities of cable upgrades and improve the listening experience. Additionally, an easy-feel point is added to the left earcup to more easily distinguish between the left and right earbuds for a truly ergonomic design.

FiiO has made the most of the internal space of the FF3 case to place an acoustic tube inside that improves the bass. This tube extends the airflow path, increases air cushioning, and improves sound damping to reduce the resonance point of the headphones for amazing sound performance.

This allows the FF3s to reproduce frequencies as low as 90Hz under normal open use conditions and have an effective frequency range of up to 42.5Hz for truly deep bass.

Good sound not only comes from the size of the driver, but also from the materials with which it is made. After many tests carried out by FiiO R&D team, dynamic driver with beryllium plated dome and PU gasket has been selected for the FF3s.

The beryllium-plated diaphragm is very rigid but lightweight, which reduces unwanted vibrations and therefore unwanted distortion. PU is used for the dynamic driver joint and its characteristics allow for more detailed and textured bass. Not only does the bass sound wonderful, the mid-frequency human voices are lush and the treble has also been greatly improved, with an effective frequency range of up to 17kHz. A larger effective frequency range also has the advantage of giving the impression of a larger soundstage.

Great sound comes from carefully considering all design aspects of the product, including the parts that are not as easily seen when using it. The FiiO FF3s dynamic driver features an ultra-thin copper-clad Daikoku voice coil. At just 0.033mm in diameter, the Daikoku voice coil is lightweight and helps reduce the overall weight of the dynamic driver, allowing it to move faster and further improve treble resolution.

The FiiO FF3s comes standard with 2 types of sponge covers for different types of sound: bass enhancement and transparent. Choose the ones you want to use for different types of music and according to your own taste.

The cable of the FiiO FF3s consists of 152 wires in total made of high-purity silver-plated monocrystalline copper. This was specifically chosen because the silver plating improves treble resolution while reducing unwanted sibilance.

The cable jacket is made of German TPU, which allows the cable to not only be resistant to yellowing and hardening, but also allows for greater flexibility of the cable for more comfortable use and for less undesirable microphones.

These FiiO FF3s feature an all-aluminum twist lock interchangeable plug design, allowing you to switch between 3.5/4.4mm connectors whenever you need.
