TheFiiO FD15are the new FiiO IEMs with a 13.8mm dynamic driver. It is designed with a "Testa Valve" front acoustic prism bass enhancement acoustic system. 

The316L stainless steel casingoffers the headset a robust and elegant design, as well as durable, accompanied by a Furukawa monocrystalline silver-plated copper braided cable.

The FiiO FD15 is the successor to the FD5. Features a high-end driver design, with DLC seal and magnalium diaphragm. By innovatively combining these two materials, the FD15 offers a spacious and relaxed natural sound, reaching high levels in the reproduction of musical details for a truly transparent sound.

Quality materials result in quality sound, and therefore the FD15 presents a completely refined midrange, with genuine innovation in the use of materials and new technologies. 

The FD15 incorporates a 13.8mm dynamic driver, with an effective area 40% larger than that of the FD5. In addition, it has an 8.6mm voice coil to improve efficiency and power capacity, with better transient results.

At the same time, its 1.5T external magnet design provides abundant and uniform power supply for the high-end driver to perform well consistently.

For the first time, these FiiO FD15 feature a "Tesla Valve" bass-enhancing acoustic design. Thanks to the high-precision powder metallurgy process used in creating the IEMs, the length, angle and number of channels within the earphone cavity are specially calculated to achieve a Tesla valve fluid structure that significantly improves bass extension. 

The FiiO FD15 features a front acoustic prism that not only preserves the vocals, acclaimed in the FD5, but also helps to adaptively adjust the new driver and improves the diffusion of high frequencies. Specifically, FiiO engineers add a driver on the front, for precise audio transmission.

As usual with FiiO headphones, these headphones have been optimized to the maximum to guarantee maximum comfort. 

First of all, the sound mouthpiece has been carefully adjusted, with an elevation of 6.7º while maintaining its length. In addition, the MMCX connectors and their structure adopt a more curved shape, for when used around the ear, eliminating discomfort from the pressure of the headset.

Finally, in the FiiO FD15 the contact area between the front of the IEM and the ear is reduced. This guarantees a better fit, reduces movement caused by gaps and minimizes friction, for an even more comfortable result and use.

In the FD15, design and acoustics are creatively combined. 

To achieve this effect, the earbuds are made of medical grade 316L stainless steel for long-lasting character. It also undergoes meticulous hand polishing and PVD electroplating for a premium finish, with a mirror-like feel.

The FiiO FD15 cable is a Furokawa monocrystalline copper braided type with monocrystalline silver-plated copper. It also integrates 3.5mm and 4.4mm connectors, as well as expanded MMCX connectors for more stable connections.
