The core of the FiiO FA19 is made up of 10 drivers: 4 BA bass, 2 BA midrangeand 4 BA treble developed by Knowles and combined with audiophile-grade Rubycon crossover capacitors that separate the frequency band with extreme precision for detailed sound.

To achieve a balanced sound response, the FA19 integrates a specific notch filter for mid frequencies, guaranteed to achieve a smooth transition between mids and highs, allowing the headphones to work at their maximum performance.

On the other hand, the drivers intended to reproduce low frequencies are arranged in a structure designed to guide sound waves towards the sound cavity and emit a full-bodied sound.

The result is a spectacular response worthy of the best live performances. 

FiiO engineers have taken full advantage of the use of DLP 3D printing technology to create a housing that helps guide the energy produced by low frequencies into the rear cavity of the earphone, reducing resonances and achieving extremely deep bass.

A smooth midrange curve is not only due to the quality of the head unit, but also to meticulous tuning by professional acousticians. 

The FA19 employs two classic ED mid drivers known for their high resolution and favored by discerning listeners. However, poor component planning could cause wheezing and an overall negative listening experience. To solve this, engineers have designed a specific notch filter for mid frequencies that improves vocal response, eliminates sibilance and improves overall audio clarity, in addition to maximally refining the treble.

The FiiO FA19 are manufactured with advanced DLP-3D printing technology and precision up to 0.0375mm, ensuring that the housing can be precisely designed to meet the primary goal of sound quality. 

The housing is made of photosensitive resin, which is durable and can offer solid protection for precision components such as multiple BA drivers. 

The FA19 incorporates the S.Turbo acoustic turbine design patented by FiiO. By extending the tube that guides the low frequencies, it serves as a filtering device that eliminates high-frequency sound waves emanating from the bass BA drivers. This ensures a smooth transition between low and mid frequencies, resulting in a purer sound. 

The FiiO FA19 comes standard with a high-purity silver cable with Litz structure, which consists of 8 wires of 28 wires each, making a total of 224 wires. 

The cable sleeve is made of imported transparent environmentally friendly TPU, improving the appearance of the cable with a bright and clear appearance. TPU material effectively prevents yellowing due to long-term use and hardening of the cable due to use in low temperature environments.

In addition, the cable is finished with MMCX connectors for stable, fast and practical use, aligned to the interchangeable audio connectors on twist lock.
