A highlight of the H200 is the ADAM Audio Headphone Utility plug-in, designed specifically for DAWs. This software offers optimization tools and an advanced spatialization feature, which uses crossfeed techniques to more accurately simulate how we perceive sound in space.

PEEK Performance Speakers
The H200 incorporates a 40 mm polyether ether ketone (PEEK) speaker driver that delivers a smooth, balanced frequency response of 2 Hz - 23.5 kHz, a wide SPL, and low distortion. This is combined with a lightweight neodymium magnet system for crystal-clear sound.


Leatherette and Soft Cloth Ear Cushions
The H200 comes fitted with easy-to-clean leatherette ear cushions as standard, or with a choice of soft cloth ear cushions available as a separate accessory. Both options feature memory foam to ensure a comfortable fit, dampen internal resonances, and provide excellent isolation for recording or when working in noisy environments. Differences in frequency response due to the varying acoustic properties of the available ear cushions can be compensated for in the DAW plug-in.


Anodized Aluminum Yoke, Durable Headband, and Replaceable Ear Cushions
Chosen for their strength, comfort, and durability, the headband components offer a firm but not excessive clamping force, and the padding is easy to keep clean and can be replaced if damaged. The result is a good seal over the ear that controls unwanted resonances, particularly in the problematic 70-150 Hz frequency band.

Dual-Sided Connectivity
The audio cable can be connected to the H200 from either the left or right side via the carefully routed 2.5 mm input jack, concealed by a collar-locking mechanism. Unlike bayonet or screw-lock mechanisms, the collar mechanism releases under considerable pressure to prevent damage to the cable or the earpiece. This facilitates a more efficient connection to your source devices and allows for easy replacement of damaged cables.

Versatile Cable
The supplied detachable audio cable is 3 m long and was chosen for its durability, flexibility, and low mechanical noise. It terminates with a 3.5 mm connection with a 6.3 mm adapter that is also included. A shorter 1.2 m cable and a 3 m coiled cable are also available as separate accessories.

Plug-In ADAM Audio Headphone Utility
The included ADAM Audio Headphone Utility app is designed for optimization of the H200 headphones and is free to download after product registration. While the H200s sound great right out of the box, the impedance of your source equipment or different ear cushion materials will impact the perceived sound quality. Additionally, traditional headphones have a restricted stereo image compared to speakers due to their inherent design. The Headphone Utility is designed to sit on the master channel of your DAW and offers a number of optimization tools as well as a spatialization function that delivers a more natural stereo image.
