The Musical Fidelity Nu-Vista Uni PSU is a sophisticated external power supply designed to provide clean and stable energy to the audio components of the Nu-Vista series. Built entirely in metal with an industrial design that perfectly matches the products it is intended for, such as the Nu-Vista Vinyl 2 phono preamplifier, the Nu-Vista DAC digital audio processor, and the future Nu-Vista CD player. Its internal architecture includes three completely separate power subsystems, each with state-of-the-art encapsulated transformers, DC blocking circuits, and network filters made with discrete components. This design significantly reduces noise, improving sound performance and channel separation.

Following the design philosophy of the Nu-Vista series, the Nu-Vista Uni PSU uses separate power connections for each audio channel and control systems. It even includes a specific output for heating vacuum tubes (nuvistors), resulting in greater sound depth and a more detailed spatial presentation. The Nu-Vista Uni PSU includes three completely separate power supplies. Each power supply features an independent encapsulated transformer, manufactured with special technology that includes shielding between windings, DC blocking circuits, and a complex power filter to provide clean, independent voltage for your devices.

As in the Nu-Vista PRE, PAS, and PAM, this approach significantly reduces noise by moving the AC mains power supply from the main unit to another matching box. Independent power connections for each audio channel, as well as for the control systems, provide greater sound depth and audio channel separation.
