The Shanling HW600 are the first open planar-magnetic headphones developed by Shanling.

It integrates an acoustically optimized 110 x 86 mm planar driver to guarantee a sound response with all the details. Its dual 3.5mm detachable cable and durable, rigid aluminum construction make the HW600 a top-notch headset.

The Shanling HW600 is made primarily of aircraft-grade 7xxx aluminum, with additional stainless steel for the headband. An ideal combination of materials for lighter but extremely durable headphones.

With high-quality lambskin ear pads, soft and delicate in texture, which fit the ears perfectly. And with an asymmetric design that helps achieve the ideal angle of the transducers to improve sound performance and increase comfort.

The driver of the HW600 is 86 x 110 mm, made with 8um ultra-thin polymeric materials. This allows the headphones to achieve extended ranges in the lowest and highest frequencies, ensuring excellent full range performance with extra rich dynamics.

With a coil precisely arranged and shaped to achieve ideal alignment with the diaphragm, ensuring uniform pressure for improved performance. It uses a nanometer silver coating to further improve the sound.

With 14 neodymium-iron-boron magnets, in a double-sided magnetic assembly, distributed for linear and uniform operation. Achieving a magnetic flux density of 1.8T and ensuring a highly efficient system, the HW600 driver is relatively easy to operate and suitable for a wide range of amplifiers.

The Shanling HW600 comes with a 1.5 meter long cable, designed for completely transparent sound, while being smooth and easily manageable for daily listening in a variety of positions. Equipped with a 4.4mm balanced connector for direct use with advanced balanced headphone amplifiers.

On the side of the headphones, we find standard dual 3.5mm connectors, making the HW600 compatible with many third-party cables for easy cable replacement or upgrades.

The HW600 has earned Hi-Res Audio certification from the Japan Audio Society, marking its ability to cover a frequency range of up to 40 kHz for ideal performance with high-resolution audio files.
