The FiiO FT1 Pro are the first professional headphones developed by the brand, following in the wake of the incredible FT1.

This novelty comes loaded with interesting features, among them, the 95 x 86 mm planar-magnetic driver with an ultra-thin design, finished with a double sapphire and aluminum coating technology, to give rise to very detailed sound reproduction.

Its open design offers a wide soundstage and its 20 Ohms impedance makes it easy to handle with Hi-Res players, amplifiers/DACs and even dongles. Among its physical components, it stands out its light headband adjustable in 12 levels and ear pads prepared to provide your experience with maximum comfort for hours of prolonged listening.

Planar-magnetic driver developed by FiiO
The FT1 PRO is equipped with the second generation planar driver technology developed by FiiO.

This exclusive driver has been designed from the ground up by FiiO, from the diaphragm to the patented double coating, through the width of the driver track, the fine tuning of the magnetic circuit and even the standardized support fixings, all to ensure a truly quality driver.

Compared to typical drivers available, the FT1 PRO driver can be fully customized to build and fit a sophisticated acoustic system around it, allowing it to be lightweight and capable of delivering excellent sound quality.

Thanks to this intensive research and development, the FiiO FT1 Pro offers a wide and almost unlimited soundstage rarely found among its peers. Plus, it effortlessly produces sound up to 40 kHz, making it a great headphone for a variety of uses.

1 μm thin diaphragm
The difference between a 2 μm and a 1 μm diaphragm thickness results in noticeable differences in performance when the diaphragm vibrates at high speeds, ultimately affecting sound quality.

The FT1 Pro uses a class-leading 1 μm ultra-thin diaphragm, using high-performance PET as a substrate, which is exceptionally light, allowing it to respond with blazing speed. It faithfully reproduces even subtle sounds in the ultra-high frequency range, while also providing exceptional dynamic range.

Patented Sapphire+ aluminum double coating technology
The FiiO FT1 Pro uses a new technology called the patented double coating system. The planar driver uses high-performance PET as the diaphragm substrate and selectively applies sapphire and aluminum to create a double-coated driver.

The first layer of coating is made of aluminum. Lightweight and conductive, the aluminum coating improves the conductivity of the tracks, helping to reduce the impedance and power requirements of the driver, as well as improving its dynamics.

The second coating layer is made of sapphire. With its high hardness, the sapphire coating contributes to the rigidity of the diaphragm and improves the treble resolution and overall transparency, and helps the driver to showcase a unique sound as an added benefit.

Only 374 grams in weight
Despite the size of its driver, the FT1 Pro only weighs around 374 grams, which is a very light and easy to transport set.

20Ω high sensitivity design
These first open design headphones aim to offer balanced sound without the need for significant amplification.

The low impedance of 20Ω combined with the high sensitivity of 112 dB/Vrms at 1 kHz (or 95 dB/mW at 1 kHz) means that the sound response will be excellent and easy to obtain with undemanding sound sources.

Breathable and refreshing fabric pads
These FT1 Pro come with breathable fabric pads, with a textile material in contact with the skin. The high-density breathable mesh design effectively dissipates heat accumulated between the earpads and your ears. The side of the pads is made of protein leather, which looks and feels pleasant.

Lightweight headband
To make it more portable and lighter, the FT1 Pro headband incorporates high-quality steel sliders, which significantly increases the durability of the headband. You'll feel the precision and sophistication of the mechanical design every time you adjust the headband.

In addition, compared to other similar products, the FT1 Pro offers an expanded adjustment range of 0 to 11 notches to accommodate different head sizes. The part of the headband that is in contact with the head is made of suede, which provides a soft and comfortable touch. With the ergonomic design of the FT series, the 3-axis adaptive headband allows free rotation at multiple angles. This design accommodates various head sizes and ensures a perfect head fit to improve comfort and minimize sound leakage.

Dual TRS Headphone Jacks
The FiiO FT1 Pro adopts the commonly used dual 3.5mm TRS headphone jacks, allowing you to easily switch and upgrade to another headphone cable.

2 silver-plated oxygen-free copper cables included
The FiiO FT1 Pro comes with two headphone cables, terminated in 3.5mm single-ended and 4.4mm balanced connectors. Both cables are manufactured identically using an oxygen-free copper plated silver wire base with 392 strands, are 24AWG thick and 1.5m long. This makes the FT1 Pro widely compatible with many audio devices as it can be easily switched between cables. They produce transparent yet robust sound, allowing you to fully enjoy lossless audio quality.

Hi-Res Audio Certified
The FT1 Pro has been certified by the Japan Audio Society (JAS) and the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) as suitable for Hi-Res Audio. This is a testament to the headphones' ability to faithfully and accurately reproduce audio as it was intended to be heard.

Carrying case included
With the FiiO FT1 Pro an elegant bag is included to store the headphones made with the same techniques and materials as high-end French brands, unusual in its class but certainly useful to protect them.

Inheritance from the FiiO FT1
The FT1 Pro are the result of the FT1, with the same appearance structure but very different internal components. In this model and as we mentioned previously, we have open plan headphones, while the FT1 are headphones with a closed dynamic driver. Both are based on the concept of “lightweight headphones”, with the aim of creating headphones that are comfortable and easy to handle.
