TheEdifier STAX S5are the new headphones developed by Edifier together with STAX, the legendary headphone brand that, after the success of the Edifier S3, teams up with Edifier to bring the definitive sound to your ears.

With a closed design and a planar-magnetic driver, these headphones are designed for users looking to combine the best of dedicated audio with the latest wireless technologies. With this, the STAX S5 not only stand out for their magnificent sound quality, but also for the ability to decode LDAC or aptX Adaptive, all under the Hi-Res Audio seal.

Although these S5 inherit the best of the S3, we find important updates such as the integration of the USB-C cable, a higher Bluetooth version V5.3 and the possibility of using all wireless high-resolution codecs. Edifier and STAX have done it again!

Unlike other planar magnetic headphones, the Stax S5 uses Edifier's patented EqualMass™ diaphragm, which achieves equal distribution of diaphragm mass and uniform force over its entire surface.

As a result, the headphones reproduce original sound with ultra-low distortion and fast transient response for superior audio.

Built with Qualcomm's latest QCC5181 Bluetooth SoC platform and Qualcomm Snapdragon Sound technology, the Edifier S5 offers a robust RF connection and lower power consumption.

The Qualcomm aptX™ Adaptive codec preserves all original bit-perfect content with high resolution (up to 24bit/96kHz sample rate) and low end-to-end latency. 

WithLDAC and LHDC, cutting-edge high-solution audio codecs, these S5s support both Hi-Res audio via USB and AUX connection, and wireless Hi-Res audio via Bluetooth.

The STAX S5 incorporate dual microphone and Qualcomm® cVc™ technology, the headphones dynamically reduce ambient noise and improve voice to offer optimal voice quality wherever you are.

With the Edifier S5 we have up to 80 hours of music playback. Plus, a short 10-minute charge provides 11 hours of playback.

With compatibility with theEdifier Connect app, you can use your headphones and their various advanced functions: custom equalizer setting, control setting, ear pad setting, etc.

The new ergonomically designed adjustable headband offers a top-level wearing experience. In addition, the genuine lambskin leather pads and cooling mesh pads result in long-lasting comfort in different situations.

Its fully foldable structure and carrying case allows you to always carry them with you, complying with its 100% portable philosophy.
