If there are stairs or difficult access, the moving service must be quoted separately. For this reason, we ask customers to always call before purchasing so we can confirm access conditions and the final cost of the service.

First tuning included: we offer the first tuning of the piano. To ensure the best results, this tuning should only be carried out after about 3 weeks, so the instrument can settle and stabilize in its new environment. If the tuning is outside the Viseu district, the customer only pays the technician’s travel cost.
